Paramedics assessed a woman after she was entrapped following a serious truck and vehicle crash at Middlemount.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 6.30pm yesterday, on Centenary Drive North.
The woman was airlifted to Mackay Hospital in a serious condition with arm and leg injuries.
