A boy has been rushed to hospital after being bitten on the foot by a snake.
It happened at a Kelsey Creek home around 11.15am yesterday, with paramedics rushing the primary school-aged boy to Proserpine Hospital.
The snake bite came after a man in his 40s was also bitten, this time at Paget.

He was taken to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition.
