A man has been killed after his motorcycle crashed into a cow at Glenella.
It happened on Sugarshed Road near Glenella Connection Road just before 2am Sunday.
The 27-year-old man was taken to Mackay Base Hospital in a critical condition, but died a short time later.

Initial investigations indicate the motorcycle was overtaking a vehicle when it struck the cow in the oncoming lane.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.
