TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mattress Full of Money

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Mattress Full of Money promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin 23^rd March and run until 8^th April 2009.  Winner to be announced during the breakfast show Thursday 9^th April.
Contest to run on 4RO Rockhampton, 4MK Mackay & 4CA Cairns.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                                                      Listeners are invited to be the random caller through upon hearing the cash register sound effect.  They will then go in the draw for the major prize, being $1000 cash per market

3. PRIZE

$1000 cash per participating radio station.

Total $3000 prize pool.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.
The major prize winner will be randomly chosen from all entries on Wednesday 8^th April and announced on Thursday 9^th April in the breakfast show.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.                                                                                                                                                                              If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS

The major prize winner will be selected from a random draw of all entries on Wednesday 8^th April and will be announced on Thursday 9^th April.  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
