TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prime Radio 4CA / 4RO / 4MK Couples Retreat Preview Promotion

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio 4CA / 4RO / 4MK Couples Retreat promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The promotion will commence Monday 28th September till Friday 3rd October.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to ring the radio station when the announcer invites you and tell them your COUPLES story to be eligible for a double pass to the movie preview night in each local market being Cairns, Mackay and Rockhampton and the possibility of winning a Couples Retreat package on the night at the preview.
Conditions: Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or other goods to the value of.

3. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 

4. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.

5. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
